"Decent stuff, but the selection was kind of disappointing"
They had a few good things, so it wasn’t a total bust, but I was expecting way more options. It felt like I looked through everything way too quickly and kept thinking, “Is that it?” Not terrible, but the selection definitely could be bigger.

"Helpful support, even with a small wait"
I had a question about my order and reached out to support. They didn’t answer right away, which felt a little slow at the time, but they got back to me quick overall. The reply made sense and cleared things up, so I can’t really complain too much. I just think if the updates came faster it would’ve felt even better, but the customer service was good

"Easy process and solid communication"
I had a really good experience with BMC Extreme Customs. I was kind of looking around and checking what other people had to say before going with them, and I’m glad I did. They kept me updated the whole time without me having to constantly follow up, and their replies were quick enough that I never felt left hanging. Everything was straightforward and made the whole process way less stressful. I’d definitely use them again.

I had to deal with a return and warranty issue, and while it took a little time to get everything sorted out, it all worked out in the end. I’m grateful the team helped take care of it and got the warranty handled

I ordered from bmcextremecustoms.net and everything came just the way I requested. The colors, size, and little details all matched what I picked, which is really all you can ask for. I was half expecting something to be a little off, since that happens sometimes with custom stuff, but everything was correct. Easy process, no drama, and I’d order from them again

"Quick shipping, all good"
My order showed up fast, which was nice. Everything was packed fine and nothing was wrong with it. i was almost expecting some kind of issue, but nope, it was all smooth. So yeah, great experience... or at least, nothing to complain about.
